How can it already be June? Spring has quickly passed us by and we've had a busy wonderful time. I'll start with Easter:) Bobbin and her sweet tea party friends hosted a FUN Easter egg hunt for their grandchildren. Emmie Grace had the best time!!! She is so her mother's child when it comes to egg hunting...very competitive and wanting to find the most eggs. I loved how seriously she took this.

"Baby Corgell"
Thanks to my sister we now have several babies with the lovely name "Corgell". I don't even really know how to spell this to get the name across. It all started when Leslie called one of EG's Corelle babies this name. For some reason EG really liked it and the name Corgell stuck. When people ask EG what's her baby's name and I say "Corgell", it never fails...we get weird looks. Oh well, EG loves playing mommy to her main Corgell baby!!!

Just In Time
We were so thankful to make it to the Grand Canyon about thirty minutes before sunset. We went to Mathers Point and took in the breath taking views. Dave and I were both so glad we had decided to drive on up even though we didn't have much time. We hiked around for awhile and looked out several different points. This truly was an amazing thing to see, so beautiful and majestic.
Second Stop....Sedona
Montezuma Castle
While in Arizona we didn't want to miss the opportunity to see a few sites. Our first stop was Montezuma Castle National Monument.

WAR EAGLE!!!!
To say the least we were so excited to make it to the game...it seems it was meant to be....with our plane being the last one to make it out on Sunday (due to weather) and being able to get GREAT priced tickets the Friday before the game. We had a GREAT trip!!! Dave and I both lost our voices for a few days from all the screaming and yelling, but it was well worth it.
p.s. The mini van made the trip even more fun:)

Christmas 2010
We so enjoyed watching Emmie Grace really get into Christmas this year. She loved doing her advent calender each night, reading about "baby" Jesus, wrapping presents for people, watching Elf, singing Jingle Bells and her "favorite song" Santa Clause Is Coming To Town, and so many other things. I loved that she ate most of Santa's cookies and milk and she loved reading The Night Before Christmas with her daddy. Christmas morning Santa did come and he brought EG's baby with a "pappy" along with several other surprises. Santa even surprised mommy with a Thomas train set which stole the show and is still doing so. After opening presents at our house we went on to the Coopers and then to my family. We had such a wonderful Christmas and we're so thankful to have the best family and friends to celebrate with.
